Early mornings

I’ve always been a morning person. I love to get up early before the sun even thinks about rising and wait for it. It’s very cold here now, but still I go out to peek. This morning I left as the sun was rising so I decided to stop several times and be thankful I get to see another sunrise. I really love them!

My drive is along Route 66. I love that highway!

I stopped to watch as the cloud looked to me that they were stopping in lines to take in this beautiful sun. Have a lovely day!

  3. I think I would stop for these pictures also, MM. Of course, first of all I would have to start, and I’m a night person so I don’t really go down until after the sun comes up. Too many years working night shift probably. I just love my time alone at night, seeing the moon when it’s clear outside, and having the laundry room all to myself,, which is where I really should be right now! ❤ 🙂 ❤

      1. I had a wonderful Christmas and birthday — probably the best one ever, yet did absolutely nothing. A friend came by both days and we watched old movies on the classic movie channel, ate ice cream sundaes, drank root beer floats and just had a good time all day. I hope yours was as wonderful as mine was. My vision is getting worse but I’m making so many memories that hopefully if it goes forever I’ll be able to handle it graciously. I really hope it doesn’t go completely, but am preparing for whatever the future brings. ❤ to you, Pink Angel Friend.

      3. yes, my roses curled up and died! overnight! It’s shocking for us here. I hope the little bird that has been sheltering in the eaves of my porch is going to be ok! ❤
