Burlap in August

Burlap born the 1st of August
Fire so hot it felt, burned like hell
She said as she wiped her brow
Nothing good grows here in this heat
Burlap sacks burned like wildfires in the field
Scratched my skin till raw, but I liked it
Smelled of sage and straw
Sunflower and giant bees buzzed
She was born the first of August
Nothing good grows here in this heat
Except me I was born the first of August
Full of fire

Save the tulips

Save the tulips
Spring is not over
Though a cold chill
Down to the bone
Don’t worry
We’re still growing
Save the tulips

Thoughts of you

Thoughts of you
In full color~ღ

Color me Green…please don’t color me gone

You can color me blue
You can color me red
You can color me orange

You can color me pink
You can color me purple
You can color me green
please don’t color me gone

Sometimes it goes against…

Sometimes
It goes against
the grain of my soul
to go against the grain of my heart!
Nevertheless
I have to sometimes
to survive
Still my
heart aches~

I chose You

When it feels like you have been un-chosen~Remember I choose You
When the whole world seems to walk away~Remember I choose You
When people seem unfair and your heart feels alone~Remember I choose You
Dear Heart no matter if You stand alone~Remember I choose You

I promise to always be true to my heart

There is this man…

Moon and you

This moon remind me of you!
