Paradigm shift this thought popped into my mind. Recently, I have been working on a project with a friend and I have noticed a new way of thinking emerging. At first it was like trying on a new jacket. I loved the idea, as I wore it a little longer I realized that I indeed have experienced a paradigm shift. I realized this morning I was wearing myself, no more cloaks of doubt, shame, blame….just me! I am not my story and my story is not me! That is such a cool feeling to me! Yay!
