      1. I loved it and miss when I am without devices, but then again, keeping up with Kiddies on short trip visiting other Kiddies takes up most of my time anyway and I’d end up forgetting laptop in some foreign city. or someone’s house )))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))) Senioritis, indeed kicks in when I least expect it or need it.)))

      2. I saw pics from Chicago, reminds me of how much it’s changed since the late 60s when I watched Jesus Christ Superstar there, Wow, that’s older than most folks here)))))))))))))))))))

      3. I remember visiting in and around Chicago, Cicero and a bunch of parks I don’t remember by name, just walking around for days. We went back with our Twins twice for short trips on way to Baltimore and DC before one of our daughters got married. We had to use up all my Mileage and Hotel credits before they expired after zipping between cities and states working on various Govt projects and evaluations for years. Sure came in handy for inexpensive vacations.

      4. Now if I could return to some countries I visited in past without having to check the “Wanted” posters first or the “if you see this man, detain and call99999999999” listings.

No fly lists aren’t my friend anymore. I’m still working on the statute of limitations for certain activities which were frowned upon back in the 70s&80s
Nothing tragic, just ticked off the wrong bureaucrats under wrong administrations.

      5. Sorry the weekend wasn’t up to par. I’ve just one step ahead of needing any oxygen tank and wheel chair to keep up with all the Kiddies, indeed. Great visit with my Daughter&Granddaughter, her brother&sister InLaw+ their 2 kids and my Son and Family across the city from them, running around in the traffic in Memphis TN when they’re having their May celebrations plus a fund raiser at the Catholic school 2 of my Grandkids attend. Lots of stuff crammed into a few days and then there was late CoachPitch ball game last night. WE stayed and left after dropping Daughter&Granddaughter at airport. Driving the bus cuts down on speeding tickets, but some people still get too close for my opinion. I drive offensively, not defensively, keeps others away. thankfully we have more than enough room, extra duty seat belts, hand rails, etc to make sure everyone is safe but Comfy.

      6. I enjoyed the weather and the neighborhoods where we were visiting so much, I probably stayed outside longer than normal. Plus crossing Memphis from E-W and W-E is just so much traffic with our bus, people don’t realize I need room to stop if they fail to signal. It’s comfy, and it’s a Mercedes, but it’s not a coupe or sedan ;<)))
I get wrapped up in kiddies, mine and others, I tend to forget about the rest of the world and just try to make sure they are having fun and learning to interact with others regardless of physical appearances, important lessons, true hearts contain love, not just blood. Kids want and need their parents attention, time, and full focus in order to fully share love and teach how to give and receive it completely. Most parents are working too hard to provide material stuff for Kids and missing out on Listening to their Kids and actually seeing to their Needs, not their Wants. Children want rules, limits and structure, not just the latest technology or next best device to play with or use to call friends and have 24/7 access to social media. They need the right discipline and order so they know how to interact in person bc when the Electricity goes out, they have an idea how to talk to real people and read real books to obtain knowledge.
oops, someone slipped in my soap box and I stepped into DAD mode.
I slept good last night, so Energized Bunny has new batteries and ready to rock and roll.

      7. Indeed, I’ve rested well 2 days in a row, not pushing my luck ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°)
I learned late in life how much structure meant to all my Kids, now I’m passing onto the newest generation. If I don’t set boundaries now, I’ll never be able to expect them to accept home schooling. I can do most of it except the verbal language skills they’ll need to Hear. My Sis and Nephew will be great help there. ❤
TY so much, wishing you a wunnerfull day.
