      1. 46 degrees C is like our peak temperature in Delhi! And, humid? Wow. I can survive (barely) the heat, but I detest humid heat.
I am actually more of a cold weather person. That is something I enjoy more. The coldest I went to, was in China. This was a place called Harbin, where day time temperatures were -15 C and night time temperatures were -30C. And, this is without wind chill. I don’t think I would want to live there though!

      2. I cannot ski! I tried once, on the baby slope in Harbin, China. The longest I stayed vertical was 1.30 seconds. then, I would spin like a cartwheel and come crashing down. They finally gave me a ‘coach’, a girl who was supposed to be a champion. I stayed vertical for 1.60 seconds and crashed down on her. I did not mind that, but she did not want to continue lying under me, so she tottered off, a broken woman!

      3. No no.. No humility. Actual fact. My Chinese colleagues were trying not to giggle and keep a straight face. I discovered “WeChat” yesterday. a Chinese WhatsApp. Immediately, i was reconnected with my old friends from China – past colleagues, badminton & cycling mates! Sometimes, technology is cool!

      4. Well, I normally switch off notifications, so I tune in to these things when I want. I am part of a group on WhatsApp with my cousins and they go crazy once in a way, with 150 messages coming in an hour. That can be annoying! turning off notifications is critical to the maintenance of one’s sanity! WeChat is used in China. I discovered in yesterday!
