gorgeous colours . We live near a forest and the different colours each season are amazing. Autumn is rich, then if we get frost or snow it is divinely beautiful. In the summer I love the way the sunshine filters through the leaves and into the clearings. Then of course in the Spring the bluebells carpet the ground and fill the air with their glorious scent .

thanks – i live in the UK near Epping Forest. I have never travelled to Finland but my hubby has, I asked him to take photos and he laughed at me cos he said all he could see was the tops of trees poking out of deep snow! lol. See, us ladies would think ‘how awesome’ but he simply thought there was nothing to see. Different perspective huh ? But your Gramps certainly caught this one beautifully xx
