I think they love the feeling of power they get from crushing the dreams of others. But who knows, I am not that person. I prefer to encourage and support. And occasionally poke fun. Only once in a while, though. 🙂

You found the perfect thing to say. They may not even have realized that was how you were seeing what they were saying. About time they did. I’m glad you found the off-switch. LOL I’m learning to say what I really want rather than try to do what’s expected of me. If I don’t see that my needs are met, they sure never will be. You go, girl!

Michelle, the “professional” photographers out there forgot they had to learn the craft. I admire you for sharing your pictures with us. They show the beauty all around us which we do sometimes miss. Your pictures make me happy and that’s all we really need to pick us up for the day and bring a smile to our faces. I love the amateur more than the pro as they capture the moment, the now, whereas the pro will look for the “perfect” shot, and spend time getting it.
