    1. Hi, figured you were busy, which I can fully understand. I was delayed with some projects last night and early morning. Trying to get ahead so I can spend quality time with Clan over Easter, 2 Sons flying in from school in NY, other Son and family coming in from Memphis.
      Hope Tulsa is still intact)))

      1. glad to hear. My Clan is huge in reality, just with my Kids and their Families, not even counting that of 6 Siblings and all their inlaws and kiddies. Without a computer and smart phone, I’d never keep track of them. AT&T tried messing with us about 10 years ago when a new manager came into our local MS store. After calling home office, he was given a piece of advice, remember the customer may not always be right, but when you tick off someone that can cost us 100+ phone lines, home and cells and broadband, tread lightly and make no sudden decisions that you’ll regret immediately. IF NOT SOONER. Inside our Clan, we’re allowed to disagree, but from Outside, we will band together, always power in numbers, especially in business and politics, as many have learned the hard way in a 4 state area.)))))))))))))
        I’m not naturally mean, but I’m very protective of my Clan, and even strangers if I see or know of someone being a jerk or Troll. Then they get to see Ben’s other side, and he’s just UGLY&MEAN down to the core. I try to give others options, mainly selfish reasons, it’s not easy to go to Confession as a mute. )))))

      2. Sometimes I take a break, usually for work or medical reasons(testing and such) from it all. My Clan understands fully, sometimes they suggest it, DILs are empaths, they know when I need SPACE. My little Nieces even know when something isn’t right, they crawl up in my lap and just lie there, quiet and holding each other’s hands, they calm me and give me purpose at the same time. They’re my little gifts, my Angels, remind me of their Aunts(one was my first wife, other was her Twin and another is their Mom’s twin, wandering around Europe since my Twins passed, she never took loss or tragedy well, she’ll come home when she’s ready or NOT, always a plane ticket in her name waiting anywhere she happens to need to leave from anytime.)) Clan isn’t a always just blood, it’s hearts and souls bound for life, good and bad alike)

      3. My little Nieces seem to have inherited their Aunts’ Empath gift/curse. they can read people on the spot and at same time know who needs a pickmeup or a bright smile of pure goodness. I am blessed to have them, indeed. ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°)
        More than I deserve. From the looks of it, they could be clones of their Moms’ older Sisters. They remind me so much of their mannerisms and intelligence.

      5. My Kids told me after they all grew up that they knew I loved them, but just didn’t say it very often. Now I make sure there’s no doubt they are loved and I am blessed more by them than I deserve

      6. TY, work is taking me away for another weekend, leaving after Kiddies are in bed tucked away. I’m not happy, but it is what it is. Starting to happen more often, I’m about to raise the penalty for bothering me.)))))) Maybe that will fix their laziness. then again it’s not their money, it’s ours, so probably won’t change a thing(((

      7. Some days I feel like a Spring Chicken, others a “I’ve fallen down and can’t get up” old Rooster. Depending on which uninvited visitor is in town.((
        TY for the wishes. I fully agree, kiddies will be allowed to be kiddies as long as possible. They can still be smart and capable without having to be “grown ups” too soon. I want them to enjoy their days of curiosity, trust, faith, and silliness with Opa as long as I can keep up. With technology, I should be able to do that for quite a while. Wheelchair is the preferred transpo mode today, Joints need a rest after weekend travels and long hours in DC fixing “stupid.” They thought they were mad when I showed up with a letter charging them with breach of contract and failure to follow established protocols, wait until they get my bill for extended services and non-covered upgrades and negligence. Someone will blow their stack later today, I’m sending it right before the big boss leaves today, ought to really send them into a tailspin. I’d love to be a fly on the wall.)))))))))))) ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°)

      8. thankfully at hope and with wheelchair, I can take the pain meds without worrying about steadiness on stairs or ramps. Lifts and winches are so helpful and wonders of technology. <3333

      9. I didn’t worry, I know how these things glitch and malfunction, I get to work with such things more often than I like((((. We go not lightly into the dark willingly, but I am pretty sure they’re going to push us into a corner one day. ((
        One weekend I lost 100+ followers on Twitter. Twitter didn’t like the fallout, but it still couldn’t explain why their Bots went stupid……………………………….

      10. Sadly, most of the internal functions are run by program Bots, not real people. Someone sets parameters and if don’t exactly match, then all heck breaks loose and who knows what happens. Or like my bureaucrats in DC, sometimes operators think they can do it better and GUM up the works(( Why I get paid the big bucks I guess, fix Stupid and prevent as much Idiocy as possible.)))))))))))

      12. When our Kids are sick, no matter how old, it disturbs us. Sometimes mine don’t tell me because they know I’m apt to catch the next plane their direction.

      14. We learned to wear masks early and install permanent ionic filters on central air systems. And ionizers run 24/7 inside. When Girlies were little, they thought they were bookself bug zappers without the zapping sounds))))))))))))))

        I’ve done a little more work and research in character map, it’ll take a little while, matching fonts, but I’m going to combine and add special characters when I learn a bit more.

        My wheelchair is very adaptable, I can be alone or take 2 kiddies or take their Engineer built baby stroller, drop top, lower handles and take all 6 for ride on hard surfaces, big tires, less friction or resistance. It also has solar power small motor in case of inclines that we can switch on. It helps to have friends with grown kids to engineer modern day aids. They built the stroller when Nieces were 4 mos old so we could take all their equipment with us when we left hospital. indeed so handy.

      16. TY, I was taught that you only have obstacles when you give up. Like Edison, eventually you’ll have tried everything that doesn’t work and find at least one way, it will work.)))
        Just challenges and different resolutions to find, indeed. First Christmas with Girlies we found out they were smart enough to out how to move slow enough to not trigger motion sensors near tree with presents. We knew we were already behind the power curve with them and would have hands full for rest of our lives.
        Challenging and keeps us on our toes and like playing Chess, fighting to stay 1-2 plays ahead instead of 6-7 ))))
        But I don’t know how to quit, so the games and learning will continue, indeed.

      19. Unintended consequences, I loaded (under extreme pressure) that site on Nieces’ tablets so they could put them on big screen to entertain their younger cousins. They try to imitate/redraw on dry erase boards, smiles, laughter and questions fill the living room.))))) TY ever so much for suggesting it. I may use them on my newer versions of flash cards.

      20. Kiddies are so creative and smart for their ages, so I will give them whatever they need to continuing learning and growing. My Kids call it spoiling them, I call it challenging them.
        And they know very well to respect their Elders))))))))
        and I am indeed the eldest in my Clan.))))
