I took my heart to heal…so we played
This is where I met Laurie from Laurie’s Notes, From a Quiet Prayer and my friend Laurie first introduced me to her beautiful heart prayers. Each one seemed to sink in my tired heart and watered it with a healing hug and laughter and all of a sudden I found parts of me healing that hadn’t seen the light of day ever!
This is the book that hooked my heart, “What’s Right Here,” I’ve never been the same, oh I hope not. The gentle side of healing is where I found this precious quiet, gentle, dynamite, fearless woman full of healing love!
then…
She asked if I would be interested in designing a cover for her book and I said yes. I was scared, because she asked to go where my tenderest heart lives! This is where I have been for over a year, gleaning from her these riches of love, joy, peace, kindness, gentleness and self-control. It’s true! Here are the links to these precious pieces of her heart! I thank you Laurie for inviting me to join you on this lifelong journey to the center of my heart!
I love you! ❤

Sweet Surrender

There is a surrender
in the middle of the pain
on the edge of breaking
in the silence
that is tender
Sweet Surrender
It’s hard to remember how long she’s waited for her man
Falling for you
Sunsets of Oklahoma
Hope
Bling, this is for you.
I love this from Bling! She’s such a beautiful friend. 💜
Sunset Bloom
Sweet Friendly Fairy Brenda’s magical poem Sunset Bloom I love it! 😄💕 I know you will too!

Autumn sunset
blooms amber,
glows blood orange,
and lingers
in sky and treetop.
Wild dogwood berries
mix with acorns
and crabapples.
They snap underfoot
and perfume the air.
Everywhere color
fades to darkness.
No! Linger longer,
color wake and sky glow,
cast this fairy spell,
make sunset lengthen
until dark night
is the longest
of the year.

Plus, I have a plain old ordinary run of the mill horrible cold. So I’m late posting, but I want to dedicate this post to MM and BB, who’ve had a hard week, but still find time for beauty, magic, love and Oklahoma sunsets. Also, it may be too late, but this is also my…
