Good night! I start every day thinking of you, but today I thought of you most of the day! I miss you dearly. It is hard for me to think of this world without you in it, or alive walking on it. I hope this doesn’t sound wrong, but I think I would be so happy and grateful to have someone I loved, and now miss so much–such sweet ache it would be, especially knowing I’d be reunited with them in our Forever Home. I’m not minimizing your sadness at all–I’m just envious. God bless you so much.

I’m not expecting I’ll ever be loved by a man the way I deserve (or you deserve)–but I’ve been alone so long that it no longer matters–and I can still imagine sufficiently to write romantic poems, so that’s what I do.
