I’ll go now
I said all that I can
Offered the advice
I said I wouldn’t
When one thirsts
I offer a drink
for their flesh to quench
and maybe a respite
from the drought
But when their Soul thirsts
I can throw words like water
Only One can quench the thirst
of a soul that pants

so…I’ll go now
