woohoo i got to bed around 9 but stay awake watching tv and things, just because pain levels are up then so good to lie down but i need 7 or 8 hours sleep or my pain levels go up and i am just horrible. My son had to be at school by 5am today so woke up at 4ish or just before oh my it was like the sleep deprivation of having a baby all over again lol, quite horrible x
