I LOVE just to BE. This is our natural state of BEing. So many don’t get it. They are either in the past or busy in the future that doesn’t even exist. I hoped my example would wear off on some. It hasn’t. So I just keep on BEing me in BEing time. Love, Amy

Thanks M. It’s hot for us here. It’s currently 26°C / 79°F so the fan is going in over drive. My apartment is over 200 years old so there is no air conditioning.

Yep, that will work. I found a can of cool air spray the day. I didn’t realise it goes off. I sprayed it and it took me ages to get rid of the smell lol
