“she twirls…he sees” reminds mind of an old Benny Hill skit where at the end of a very well executed Qiukstep, as the woman bounces excitedly at being announced the winner, her dance pants fall down from her bouncing. Benny Hill gives her a final twirl, where dress goes up, and everyone looks shocked.
Did you ever see the movie “Strictly Ballroom”? The egos and antics were not exaggerated. I came very close to becoming a professional dancer when I was 18 years old, but I couldn’t put up with the stuff in real life that’s well illustrated in Strictly Ballroom.
