  1. I love that you went looking for this. That is what I do with my notes… I remember them… I let them go… and I remember what I need at the right time… It is like this with remembering pieces of little healing things too that I have come across.. no need to hold on or figure out.. Somehow what is needed will come back.. in the moment…
    So we don’t have to try so hard to remember. I wish I had known that sooner. There is no need to dig or cling. (That is for me too.)
