it’s trying to get here—better than last year in SE Wisconsin. had a couple days in the 60’s this week and now it’s 40’s again but it sure is better than snow and sub zero! hope your Uncle’s snow melts soon for him!

LOL I’m icing my knee and shoulder after a fall. I got through the iciest winter I remember without falling, and then I fell in the rain on my deck. *deep sigh* I had a terrific massage, but boy do those knots hurt when they are loosened.

Using my heating pad right now. My dang knee throbs all night, so I’ve been having trouble sleeping. Ah well, into each life a little rain must fall… 🙂

I ice first always, then use heat then back to ice. Sitting at my computer doesn’t help, but i have so much work to do!! 🙂
