Folks this is a wall cloud just in case you didn’t know. The temperature dropped 15º in a matter of minutes. I love to watch the cold and hot collide right over my head! I stayed out till it started raining! Did I mention I love storms! 😀

Oh, Michelle Marie, it sure is. I sure hope a tornado or tornadoes are developing. That collision of hot and cold air always spawns such nasty storms. Do stay in now! 🙂 ❤

I have seen my share of wall clouds and tornado’s in Missouri, Nebraska, and Council Bluffs. The one in Iowa, missed my office by a hair. Thanks for sharing!

When I was young I lived in a big farm house that had a huge front porch that ran the entire western side of the house. The porch was completely open to the wind and elements and the view from it was spectacular. I use to love watching the storms come across the prairie from miles away as the lightning danced from cloud to cloud looking banging its drums. I’d see the rain coming and I would run from the porch into the storm to play in the downpour. It always seem so magical and I would not be able to sleep till the storm was over.
