When I first started taking photos I wanted to learn how to take sunset and sunrise photos. That’s what I do best. Sometimes I sit for an hour just watching the magnificent sky! I’m in awe always. How about those colors? I can’t say I’ve ever seen them before. I needed this y’all. What a beautiful end to my week!

What a great place you live in with sunsets like that! I’m on a driving vacation so of course, my back is KILLING me. I can’t drive this much. Sigh.

OMG mine does too I remember you injured yours too! Wow what a pain in the back! Wow. Did you have muscle spasms? I am and they are so weird feeling!

Yes, muscle spasms, and sharp pain down my left leg. Part of my leg went numb.

Oh my gosh that is so odd because my left leg was going numb before I hurt my back. I just started taking the muscle relaxers and they make me sleepy! I’m not sure how I’m going to work but I’ll worry about that Monday! LOL

You might need to stand often and work standing up. You put things up higher. All the nerves to your legs run through your back. It sounds like your back was already under stress before you broke a vertebrae.

I think you are right. I do have a stand up desk my boss got for me so I’ll be using that for sure. Amazing how one thing sets off other little aches and pains elsewhere. 😛😛💕
