I’m being gentle with myself, giving myself time to heal. When my doctor said 10 weeks I thought on the 10th week I’d be back to my work-a-holic, Crazy super mom self. Nope turns out 10 weeks for the breaks to heal and 3 to 4 months for the soft tissue damage to heal. I love when friends just know how you’re feeling, you don’t have to say a word. My childhood friend sent this to me yesterday. She’s also the the friend who showed up when BB was so sick when she was 17. I’m thankful for her and my heart friend and my Bling friend and my sweet friend and my thoughtful friend and my generous friend and my funny friend and my Super Mom friend and my praying friend and my long suffering friend. She waits with me and cheers me on and says, ” You got this one, you can do this.” Yes yes I do. I’ve got you, all of you and I’m so very blessed and I’m so thankful for you and
I love you to pieces with all my pieces. 😂😂😂😂😂
That was funny!! 🌸🌸🌸🌸😘😘😘😘
P.S. After reading this I thought of wow each of my friends has all these wonderful qualities I hope you know how much you inspire me!

Take care… It’s going to take as long as it takes… Allow, there is super healing happening within the whole body… Barbara x
