I must have been in a creative mood. I’m certainly not this week. I’m just trying to make it till Friday so I can rest again! I’m crunching for Aug. 1 it always wears me out when I have a big issue coming up! 😛

OH hi hi hi. I had a procedure done on my back last Friday and I’m sorry to say it has done nothing to reduce the pain. The stabbing pain is gone though so I’m happy about that. Hugs to you Robin ❤ xoxo healing takes so long. I mentioned that this is the first time in my life I've been injured. I guess that is good considering I'm 51. Thankful for healthy bones. 😀 ❤

OMG I know. If I had to be off of fatty foods I would stave. I’ve been eating a lot of cheese and ice cream comfort food which is not good for gall gladder. I hope you get some relief I know that pain is not fun at all! 😦
