I found this

silent holding

prayer began to

reach far —

through the

wounded places —

into the tender,

most creative

magical spaces

in my heart

that couldn’t be

reached in other ways —

the ones that

carried on

so gently

through any kind

of storm.

It is scorching in Sydney today. There is a heatwave on its way though it feels like it’s already here. I’m too hot to do anything!

But look at the flowers I found in my driveway! Taken this afternoon.
