Yes yes yes I feel this way about it too. Then it also helps us not dread them but maybe be present and more tender hugs n those moments for our fallen self. I noticed I tend to be more gentle with myself if I stop and look around before I rise again. Everyone loves mountaintop experiences but I’m learning it’s the valley experiences where I grow more. 🙏🏼💕 thank goodness 😁
