I think LOVE makes the SNOWMAN mushy, and stuff like that.
When he demands, expects, and says why don’t you this and that?
You still love that dumb stupid SNOWMAN because he brings you lights
and maybe a star, to distract you from the real truth,
He’s afraid of melting!

I like to doodle while I watch TV or talk on the phone! Doodling is therapeutic! Crayons have changed since I was a kid. I always loved when school started and I got a brand new pack of 24 or 64 Crayons! These are the new Twistable kind! I’m moving up in my coloring skills!

I think it’s easy to say but so very hard to do
In my experience it isn’t until it’s all over
that I realize…oh yes, yes that was faith
during testing times I’m remind

A perfect autumn day
me and my babies
were floating in the pond
The sun was warm,
the water just a chill,
when Susie said Momma,
“I wanna swim like you,
glide on the water like a dance.”
I told her…
shush baby Sue
We are gliding. Be still
“Oh, Momma, I feel it now.”
“I love sitting
‘neath your wings nestled
just floating”
“Baby Sue, you be patient
you will swim before you know it”

I wish we all had mothers that hold
I’m thankful that I am one!
Once I wished for a mom that held me
Once she touched my cheek
and said your hair is so pretty
I waited for her to hug me but she didn’t
I realized that touch was like a hold to her
Meanwhile, my heart has friends that hold and
to me that’s enough, more than enough!
