Paradigm shift
Paradigm shift this thought popped into my mind. Recently, I have been working on a project with a friend and I have noticed a new way of thinking emerging. At first it was like trying on a new jacket. I loved the idea, as I wore it a little longer I realized that I indeed have experienced a paradigm shift. I realized this morning I was wearing myself, no more cloaks of doubt, shame, blame….just me! I am not my story and my story is not me! That is such a cool feeling to me! Yay!

Ezra spent most of the day talking about aliens I love this about him he’s such a little dreamer and tells stories and I love them. We swam for 3 hours and started out day with coffee my famous special coffee. Ended the day with a sunset and stories of aliens. 😀
Quiet Dawn
My walk tonight
I have this friend who speaks of healing, about wholeness, and realizing we have all we need deep down inside of us!
Today she wrote of birds singing and on my walk tonight it was as if they arrived tonight in the wings of her words I think!
The smell of magnolias I stopped me! Wow have they always been this sweet!
The coolest thing is I realized I’ll never be an award winning photographer or an acclaimed artist or poet, oh thank God! I didn’t start out trying to be! When I started out I had a desire to be part of something big!
Today I realized I already am!
