If today was your last show rodeo how would that look? I want my rodeo to be full of love, gentleness, kindness, goodness, self control, peace, mercy, gladness, and most of all hope!

Sometimes I don’t think I’ll make it to the “short go”, but blessed we are, for Christ Himself has qualified us–we don’t have to worry that we haven’t got enough points. Yay, Jesus!
I learned the hard way that I just can’t do all the emails AND read and comment on blogs to the extent that I’m committed to doing. People were thinking I had limitless time/energy/wisdom, advice, heart for all their stuff–and too often it was a one-way street. My life is Not effortless, and the only way the boundaries worked for me, was to make them Hard–it’s sad, but if you make exceptions for a few people, eventually word gets around and it looks like you’re picking favorites–just like Jr High all over again….

I can’t believe this post because it’s like you read my heart. I have been telling myself every morning to do what I think would matter most to me if it was my last day and also to live like I had forever at the same time. Awesome.

i am not certain yet how to answer – it is still too early:) I think I want to just get through it – how, I have no idea but some of those ingredients you have listed would be nice, though I do not count on them.
