I’m not sure if you want to open up that can of worms but those are not natural cloud formations. Those streaky lines are cause by chemtrails spewed from planes at lower altitudes. It’s a gov’t program for weather modification which has long term damaging consequences. Google “chemtrails” if u’r curious.
