People are always looking for personal power outside of themselves. They think that if they only had “that” or if they only bought “this” they would be something greater than they are. If you took a policeman, a biker, and a cowboy and put them out in a field, then said, “Remove your clothes.”, when they did, you’d just have three guys standing around in a field in their underwear. But, let them put all that fancy stuff back on, and suddenly, they BECOME SOMETHING powerful, again. 

There is no power outside of you. And, nothing has any power OVER you, except that which you give it. The only personal power there is, the only power you can call on today, or tomorrow, is inside of you. The power of Spirit is in all of us. Everything else is an illusion, a false idol, a fever dream.
