So my brother, sister and I did when our Pa passed away was we had a portion of his ashes placed him this little heart. Ezra wanted to take it with us everywhere we went he said he liked that Crapa was with us. We made it down to the pond.

Then I wanted to show him some erosion I noticed on my last hike but first we have to stop and check out this berry!

I noticed that there must have been a pretty deep stream and explained how water erodes the ground and leaves the roots to these trees exposed.

I also discussed what this green stuff is and how it got here!

One out way back we saw this! I have not idea what it is Ezra thought it was really neat! I did too.

Then he found these rocks that looked like golden he said and asked if there was gold in this land so I explained about the Gold rush and he said he wanted to go there! I thought that was really cute! I love as we walked up the hill back to the house he said, Pa I hope you had a good time. Aunt Micki do you think Pa had fun, what if he appeared all of sudden like a spirit wouldn’t that be so neat?” Yes Ezra it sure would. I would love to see him one more time!

I love Paparado. That is adorable. You should write it up as a story. I liked hearing your voice briefly on the train video.

You sounded less Oklahoma than I expected. Very sweet. I learned some Southern lingo when I lived in NC, too.
