Calling doctor Phil…calling doctor Phil…emergency come right away!!!!

I do have my own doctor Phil. I do! He knows all my secrets and knows when I’ve reached my limit. He warned me to rest on Monday! I just keep going and going till I ran into “too much” head on and there I stood in the middle of “too much” this morning at 7 am. I fired off some not so nice words—that’s the thing about words, they are like bullets—once they are fired—you can’t take them back. Oh god don’t we wish we could? Well I do, anyway! Maybe others are happy to say a rough word, but I’m not! After I do I wish I had just “shut thee up!”

“Don’t the rays look like they are going right through you, what about the blue in the sky?” This is what he said. Bless his heart he’s taken to calling me or texting everyday to remind me to eat! I forget to eat and to rest. It’s noon and I’ll call him and he’ll be laughing at me and say darlin’ and I’ll say I know I know what part of stupid am I stuck on!!!
