Alex [BB] decided last weekend she wanted to be a brunette. She’s been blonde all her life but lately her hair has been growing in darker so it is a lot of maintenance to keep her blonde locks. I have no idea what hair color has to do with her temperament but she’s sassier then before~if that is possible. We commute to work together everyday, 30 minute, and today she took my hand. I didn’t say a word neither did BB! She held my hand all the way to my office and before I got out she said, “Mummy I love you so.” BTW she has taken to talking with a British accent. Go figure maybe it’s the brown hair! 😀
“A’s” positive motivation was the first thing I read this morning and I always love them I know you will too if you haven’t checked his blog out you should! He is one of my very first friends I met here and I love that about long time friends! 😄💗
Since returning to Facebook today, I decided to look at a few inspiration quotes and a couple of them I don’t agree with. For example:
If someone did something bad enough to make you remove them from your life,
don’t be foolish enough to invite them back in.
I feel this sees no forgiveness. What if the other person made a mistake? What if there was something going on in their life at that time? I have let people back in after they did something bad enough for me to walk away. It is called turning the other cheek. I am not saying to trust them with the security codes to your heart; I am saying let them in the front door. One step at a time. If you don’t forgive anyone, you will end up being a lonely person. Sometimes we can be surrounded and still feel lonely!
Not me I had a friend say this to me today!
Today the WEE friends was so excited as they hopped into the box headed for Bling’s house. Color changing Duck was the first to jump in as she had been ready for today waiting by the box for Bling and BB! Pink PrincessDuck was the last to join as she wasn’t sure if she wanted to travel with Todd the Toad because he was green and kept licking her face saying there was a fly on her head but she knew better then that. Pink Princess Duck planned on kissing Todd the Toad when she got to Bling’s just to see if he turned into a prince but she’s not holding her breath. Spunky the Squirrel said he was so excited he felt like pulling out his whiskers, but instead was second to jump in. BB had to push Roy the Rooster in the box because he kept standing on the edge of the box crowing his fooled head off, ever since the time change he hasn’t been the same.
All the WEE friends are so happy to see Bling and can’t wait to surprise her with hugs and kisses and lots of happy smiles, cause that’s what WEE friends do!
5:42 pm almost setting 2 hours earlier and more SW in my sky now! Amazing how quickly it changes.
