Dogs nosesĀ

I love to watch Angel enjoy smelling the air. Her little nose moves when she smells something interesting. I love when she catches a whiff of the bunnies in the yard. She looks at me like, “I smell a bunny.” I smile and say, “I know,” so she lays her head back down. I love that! ā¤ļø
Sitting on the porchĀ

I like to sit on the porch and see what I can see. My dog Angel likes to look for bugs to eat. I just noticed these beautiful clouds!

Life can be so simple we miss it sometimes. I want to do this more.

Stress Is Not A Bad Thing !
I found this “new to me blogger.” I really like this to the point approach for people like me without a lot of extra time! š
Contrary to popular opinion, stress is not a bad thing.
It allows us to perform at peak levels and can assist us through the flood of chemicals it releases within our bodies.
What is harmful is too much stress, or more particularly, a lack of relief from stress.
The times of stress must be balanced nicely with times of pure relaxion and leisure for us to be healthy and at our best.

But they prospered by developing strategies to balance the challenging times with fun and calming times.
President Kennedy would have regular naps in his White House office.
Winston Churchill had the same practice and slept for one hour every afternoon to stay alert, focused and calm.
Not only is it essential to be physically relaxed to maintain optimal healthā¦

How my day started

This is Jerry my daughter’s jeep. Jerry has been with us for almost 11 years and he still keeps going. My daughter named him Jerry because he is the first car and only car and to her he’s more like a friend then a jeep. Jerry got overheated and his radioactive hose broke. Needless to say Alex was not calm. So thankful for my insurance guy and the sweet tow-truck-man. He took the keys and said, “Ma’am I’ll take it from here, you go on to work.”
Life should be more like this, people that show up in kindness and make stressful situations a pleasure. š¤
Have a blessed day! šš¼

Chris The Story Reading Ape's Blog
How does one make an introduction when he hates talking about himself? Hm, I know, Iāll tell you what convinced me to give up everything to write. Weāll see how that goes because itās something only I know.
It started with a Death.
I have a bad memory bordering on terrible, so when events stick in my mind, theyāre significant. Peta was there from the start. She still is in one way or another.
One of my first memories of school was the day the headmaster announced during assembly that Petaās father had died of a brain haemorrhage or something equally terrible. We were to give her space and respect. At six oneās comprehension of such things is sketchy, but we tried.
It was particularly cruel on Peta because she was brilliant. Clever, pretty, talented ā she played the flute even then ā she was everything I was not. Self-confidenceā¦
