I walked a mile in your shoes, today

I walked a mile in your shoes, today
Part of me wanted to quit
When I felt the weight
Of the burdens you bare
Sickness that ravaged your body
and leaves you in despair
Even if just one minute
I pray for wellness
to greet you there
Hold you tight
Kiss away the pain you hide
I find myself left without words
I walked a mile in your shoes, today

    1. Actually they are my girls. It wasn’t until I broke my L3 that I have experience nonstop relentless pain. It’s truly humbling. I certainly have regained a new perspective and respect for her struggles. 😜💕

      1. That is such a precious thing to do! I love the peace that comes with watching children sleep, wondering what their dreams are. You have such a beautiful soul MM. xoxo
