I feel learning to rest is so important. I’ve never been a quitter but I have learned which battles are worth fighting & which are best calling a truce. 💚
And as I learned from a therapist on her podcast, I have survivor guilt so would push myself so much and she helped me reframe so much like it’s ok to rest, I deserve to rest for myself and my family and to he my best self.
So give yourself permission to rest when your body is telling you too:)

Learned this the hard way. If you don’t rest your body will give you some issue and force you to rest 🙂

Yes a rest when tired and frustrated is like a reset. If something is not going well. Walk away. When your mind is clear it goes so much better.

Aww I love that a lot. I think that is wonderful advice. It’s very freeing when we give ourselves permission to rest. 💕💞💓
