Orange is her favorite color

The first time I laid eyes on her, my Alexanderia, I was taken by the orange tint of her hair. It wasn’t blonde though some said it was strawberry, to me it looked like a copper halo. I’m almost certain it was. When she started talking her first word was “mall” her second was “oranch.” That’s the way she said it. As she got older, she always picked things that were orange…so now you know why my favorite color is orange too. There is happiness in the color orange and a rich deep love that overflows. ♥️

P.S. This is one of the flowers she got me for Mother’s Day I keep taking photos of them. I love them so much ♥️

Could be Slenderman?

My nephew Ezra is fascinated with Slenderman. Every time he visits, we go out to the woods behind the house he always asks me if Slenderman is out there. I have to tell him I think I spotted him! 😉 WINK

 

Elsie and the babies

Raising babies isn’t easy down the pond. Just yesterday a fisherman caught Dax on the head and I had to rescue him from a kid trying to catch him.

This is Jed and April they stick pretty close to me. Dax, my oh my  is no where to be found. He’s probably off chasing bugs again.

My boy Dax. He always makes me laugh because he acts so innocent…but there’s mischief in that boy’s mind, I can see it in his eyes he’s planning his next escape.

It’s almost dinner time when I shout they all come running! Except for Dax, he’s the one in the back. I’m sure he’ll have a good tale to tell. You never know about life down at the pond! Tell Me About It! Quack

I love to sit on the porch and watch Angel watch and listen to the sounds if the neighborhood. Tonight I’m trying a new Rose’ wine. It looks so pretty in the glass.

Happy Mother’s day to all the Mommies, Mommys, Mums, Mummies and all the daughters that makes us M’s. I always wanted to be a mom. Well maybe not always but one day I felt this feeling like I need me a baby.
Whoops looks like this posted before I was finished with my blah blah blah stuff. I love my girl. I love orange and she knows that. She showered me with gifts today and truly the best gift was given to me when I found out someone was going to call me mom. Enough said! Happy M-Day!
