I took my girl to Branson, MO last weekend. We made a long weekend of it and it was so wonderful for both of us to get away. It’s the first time since in 2 years. The coolest part is that we sat in my car a lot…enjoying each others company and the fact that we were somewhere other than home in bed. And laughing we laugh a lot! I’m so happy about healing and our progress.

Alex update: Alex is walking now on her own and while she’s still blind in her right eye she’s so very happy. We made it through this tough last year thank you everyone for your thoughts, wishes and prayers…. thankful for a glorious time with my girl.

Update on my back injury. I’m 85% healed. Hooray. I’m still wearing a back brace and I’m able to sit for longer than one hour so that’s exciting. I have a stand up desk at work so yay for that too. My heart is full and I’m so blessed and thankful! Much love and big hugs to you! ~ღ~

  1. Doing some catch-up today, and I found you without any problems. YAY! It’s strange to realize it is Alex’s right eye. I’ve lost that one also — the vision, that is. Left one is going now, so it’s a race to see which goes first, my vision or my life. Here’s hoping it’s life, because I’m not sure I could be very graceful with no vision at all.
    So happy you both had fun and this opportunity to catch up with each other.

    1. Me too. This was a couple of months ago. Everything is holding steady. Of course there is always something wrong but I am focusing in my heart on healing. I’m thankful to see you always always ♥️♥️♥️♥️

      1. I’m still around and wondering why at times! Maybe I’m supposed to tell my cousins about the memories Mom shared with me, so I’m gonna try getting those years written. I had several good days in a row and naturally just HAD to overdo it. Paying for it now, but I got a lot accomplished! Love ya, Pink Angel Friend 😇💚💝💟💛💕💙💜👼

      3. I know you are there, here, or somewhere in the universe. I just haven’t been online much lately. and with the problems I have each time I try to blog, I’m wondering if it would be easier to just throw all electronics out the window and go back to snail mail, or even try smoke signals. If you ever look in my direction and see smoke, just look for a message there. it willl probably be me burning the building down while trying to remember something other than SOS! ❤ ❤
