In the deepest deep of my heart I will let go
but..please know I really tried to roll that stone away for you
but you held on as if for dear life, you wouldn’t let go so…
so I did…not completely
I’ll leave the light on for you…should you need me
follow the light home

    1. It’s a she my daughter, she comes home and leaves again. My lights are always on for her. You aren’t crazy I’m like you I am always checking to make sure she finds her way back! 🙂 Thank you David. 🙂

  7. It’s nice when there is a light left on to follow. Especially when a loved one is stumbling in the darkness, and all you can do is leave the light on and the door open.
