Meet Princess Penelope

Meet Princess 👑 Penelope. I wasn’t going to get another dog after my beloved Angel crossed rainbow bridge…I happened to be looking at the Tulsa World and I saw this sweet face, Great Pyrenees puppies available. I decided to drive out to the free roaming farm in the boonies. When I got there I was greeted by Princess P’s dad, all 150 pounds of him. I saw her sweet little face hiding behind some flowers 🌸 and I asked what she was doing and the breeder said she knows why you are here. She’s said P was one of the shyiest Great Pryn. Yep she’s the one. Such a sweet, funny little puppy.

Barks, playing and sitting outside watching sunrises. Princess P will probably end up weighing somewhere close to 120 pounds and be waist high to me which I love. I spend a lot of time alone so she and I will have fun porch sitting and playing. 🐾👑❤️

Life is all about playing
Chasing birds
Nap Before doggy daycare 🐾❤️
Hi Happy Friday!

    1. It’s so true they are so sweet. And full of expression. Her dad whine talks it’s the cutest thing. I noticed she started doing that yesterday. 😂😂 She met a hound dog at doggy daycare yesterday who taught her how to howl bark. 😂😂💕

  1. I missed this somehow. She is adorable. And yes she will grow up into a great big lovable dog. I like big dogs. I had a Saint Bernard years ago. She will make you very happy.

  2. If we lived out in the country I would have a dog of the same breed. They are protective of kids and animals. She is lovely. We already have decided that after our 14 year old goes we will look for another dog. I think dogs are happier in pairs.

      1. My grandparents had one. It would relax as long as the little kids were in the yard. But as soon as they left the yard it would try herding them back. Grandpa with Alzheimer it would keep company anytime he was out. When grandpa got lost and grandma would start yelling for him the dog would bark letting Grandma know where they were.

      2. Aww how sweet. I have heard stories like this. I love what you shared. My Pa would have loved this dog. I have to remember she’s a puppy and a baby. Even though she growing to be like the size of most dogs at puppy stage. 🐾💕
